Registration will be held Friday, October 9, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We are offering TWO (2) separate locations for registration. Teams will be asked to declare which location they will be registering their team.
VIRGINIA LOCATION: Fairview Park Marriott, 3111 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA
MARYLAND LOCATION: Sheraton Washington North, 4095 Powder Mill Road, Beltsville, MD
Each coach/manager must bring the following to Registration!
Under 11 through U15 Teams:
1. ONE (1) copy of your duly authorized Official State Roster
2. ONE (1) copy of your duly authorized Permission to Travel *
3. Duly authorized player passes for all players (including guest players) attending
4. Medical Release Forms for all players (including guest players) attending
Under 16 through U19 Teams
1. THREE (3) copies of your duly authorized Official State Roster
2. ONE (1) copy of your duly authorized Permission to Travel *
3. Duly authorized player passes for all players (including guest players) attending
4. Medical Release Forms for all players (including guest players) attending
* US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel forms are not required for Region I teams accepted
into the WAGS Tournament. The only exception being NJSYS and CJSA Teams.
