The Fields
The
WAGS Tournament utilizes some of the finest fields in Northern Virginia
and Maryland. Listed below are the field complexes that we have
secured for the 2007 event. Unless
otherwise noted on the schedule, all games (including Monday) will be
played at the assigned location.
The WAGS Tournament has
decided not to return to the Maryland Soccerplex. Given our
experiences in the past two years along w/ the current contract structure
we felt it was in the best interest of the participants to discontinue our
relationship. We have added Muldoon/Summhill Farms - a 10 field
complex - to host the U16 and U17 age groups and the hundreds of college
scouts that will be in attendance. The U19's will be playing on the
neighboring Bretton Woods CC.
We are also in the process
of securing numerous turf fields to be used in the case of inclement
weather. We have already secured Episcopal HS which has 2 (two)
full-size turf fields. We are currently in contract negotiations for
4 (four) additional turf fields.

launch parking lot. There is a
parking lot directly in front of fields and across the street by Shelters
3 & 4.
