Registration

Registration will be held Friday, October 10, 2008 , from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. , at Tournament Headquarters, the Fairview Park Marriott Hotel, 3111 Fairview Park Dr. , Falls Church , Virginia 22042 , (703) 849-9400.

Each coach/manager must bring the following to Registration!

Mandatory Team Officials Meeting

Teams are REQUIRED to send one Team Official to the MANDATORY Team Officials Meeting on Friday evening. Team officials can choose one of the four scheduled meetings during the registration period. They will be at the following times: 4:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and will involve any changes due to drops, inclement weather and/ or field condition. You are required to attend only one (1) meeting.

US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel Forms

US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel Forms – Region I Teams : US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel forms are not required for Region I teams accepted into the WAGS Tournament. The only exception being NJSYS and CJSA Teams

US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel Forms – Non Region I Teams : All non US Youth Soccer Region I Teams must obtain and approved US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel Form, approved and signed by a duly authorized State or National Association representative, to attend the WAGS Tournament.

Teams that are members of organizations of the United States Soccer Federation but not members of US Youth Soccer (such as AYSO, SAY, US Club Soccer or Super Y Leagues) DO NOT have to have a US Youth Soccer Application to Travel form (although that team’s organization may require that the team have permission).
