Application Procedures

If you wish to participate in the 33rd  Annual WAGS Memorial Tournament, please complete and submit the online application and team information forms.   Application Form and Team Information Form MUST be submitted online.   Applications sent via US Mail, Email or FAX will NOT be accepted.  Please follow the instructions carefully.  Any questions can be directed to your age group coordinator or to the WAGS Tournament Office at wagstournament@cox.net or 877-799-9247.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION THE GAME HISTORY SECTION - LOCATED ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL TEAM PAGE ON THE GOT SOCCER SCHEDULER - MUST BE COMPLETED.  FAILURE TO COMPLETE THIS SECTION MAY RESULT IN YOUR TEAM NOT BEING ACCEPTED.

Application Fee: $700.00 (Under 11 8v8 & Under 12 8v8)
$775.00 (Under 12 11v11 through Under 14)
$875.00 (Under 15 through Under 19
Payment Option 1 - VISA/MC This option is available ONLY through the website.  VISA/MC payments sent either US Mail, Email or FAX will NOT be accepted.
Payment Option 2 - Check/MO A check for the appropriate application fee MUST BE IN THE HANDS OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR BY Thursday, JULY 12, 2008.  Checks (made payable to WAGS Tournament) can be mailed to WAGS Tournament 2008, 5147 Portsmouth Road, Fairfax, VA 22032.   FAX or Email copies of check will NOT be accepted.

     Note:   Applications and/or application fees received after July 12, 2008   will automatically place teams AT THE BOTTOM of the waiting list.  

Official notification of acceptance and non-acceptance will be posted, on the WAGS Tournament website, no later than August 19th.    Those teams not accepted will have their entry fee returned.  Should a non-accepted team later be granted entry into the tournament, the team will be required to resubmit the tournament entry fee.  The LAST day to withdraw from the WAGS Tournament and receive a refund is August 6, 2008
