What
is the first day for games?
Preliminary games will commence
on Saturday morning. Generally the earliest start time will be 8:00

time is the last game on Monday?
Final game times vary for the
WAGS Tournament, but historically the last final kicks off at 2:00
p.m. Please plan your flight times accordingly.

you take US Club rosters and passes?
Yes, the WAGS Tournament now
accepts US Club Soccer rosters and passes. Please keep in mind that
all Official Rosters and Player Passes must be current and duly

Can
I fax my roster, loan player and/or team information form?
Yes, you can fax your documents
to 703-691-0270. Does
my coach need to attend the Mandatory Team Official's Meeting on Friday?
No...it is a mandatory Team
Officials meeting. Therefore, a coach, assistant coach and/or team
manager may attend. [Back

Does
my team HAVE to register on Friday night?
Yes. We do require
that teams register on Friday night. We simply do not have the staff
and/or time to register teams on Saturday morning. Please keep in
mind that only ONE person must attend registration. [Back

The
deadline date for the Loan Player Application has passed, can I still add
one?
We understand that injuries
can occur after the deadline has passed and for that reason we have
granted loan players after the deadline date. HOWEVER, we do
ask that you contact the tournament
director to request and extension. [Back

We've
added a new player to our roster and we've already submitted our
paperwork. Will she be able to play?
Of course! All we ask
is that you fax (703-691-0270) to us the revised Official State Roster
with the add/transfer so noted. [Back

Do we
HAVE to use Certified Travel to book our hotel rooms?
YES, the use of Certified
Travel is a requirement for all WAGS Tournament teams needing hotel
rooms. Certified Travel has been working with the WAGS Tournament
for over 5 years and is very familiar with the hotels in our area.
They are very willing to work with you. [Back

How do I
sign up for your Tournament Cancellation Insurance?
You don't have to sign
up. All WAGS Tournament accepted teams are AUTOMATICALLY
covered by our Event Cancellation Insurance. This is a policy
through Lloyds of London which we secured to insure each team's
application fee in case of cancellation. [Back
