Preliminary games will commence on Saturday morning.  Generally the earliest start time will be 8:00 a.m.

What time is the last game on Monday?
Final game times vary for the WAGS Tournament, but historically the last final kicks off at 2:00 p.m.  Please plan your flight times accordingly.

Do you take US Club rosters and passes?
Yes, the WAGS Tournament now accepts US Club Soccer rosters and passes.  Please keep in mind that all Official Rosters and Player Passes must be current and duly authorized.

Yes, these forms can be faxed.  703-910-6665

Does my team HAVE to register on Friday night?
Yes.  We do require that teams register on Friday night.  We simply do not have the staff and/or time to register teams on Saturday morning.  Please keep in mind that only ONE person must attend registration.

The deadline date for the Loan Player Application has passed, can I still add one?
We understand that injuries can occur after the deadline has passed and for that reason we have granted loan players after the deadline date.  HOWEVER, we do ask that you contact the tournament director to request and extension.

We’ve added a new player to our roster and we’ve already submitted our paperwork.  Will she be able to play?
Of course!  All we ask is that you fax (703-910-6665) to us the revised Official State Roster with the add/transfer so noted.

Do we HAVE to use Certified Travel to book our hotel rooms?
YES, the use of Certified Travel is a requirement for all WAGS Tournament teams needing hotel rooms.  Certified Travel has been working with the WAGS Tournament for over 5 years and is very familiar with the hotels in our area.  They are very willing to work with you.

How do I sign up for your Tournament Cancellation Insurance?
You don’t have to sign up.  All WAGS Tournament accepted teams are AUTOMATICALLY covered by our Event Cancellation Insurance.  This is a policy through Lloyds of London which we secured to insure each team’s application fee in case of cancellation.
